AWCC - Pricing

AWCC provides facilities and property for your enjoyment at a very reasonable rate. AWCC does not provide food, only the facilities for preparing the food. You are responsible for stocking the kitchen, preparing the meals, and cleaning during your stay.

Basic Charges

$10.00 per camper
Minimum charge of $250.00 per day
Minimum reservation is four (4) days
(Please let us know if you need the camp longer)

Cost

Total charges per camp are based on the total number of campers and staff listed in the reservation. There will be no reduction for "no shows" or early departures.

Deposits

Reservation Deposit

$300.00 reservation fee must be paid upon making the reservation.
No reservation is binding until deposit is received.
Fee will be applied to total amount due.

Damage Deposit

Separate $200.00 damage deposit required prior to occupying the facility.
This deposit will not be applied to total amount due.
Deposit refunded within 15 days of departure if the facilities are left clean and no damage has occurred.

Financial arrangements must be complete prior to occupying the camp!
